When you use AI features, your invoice data may be sent to third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic) for processing. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not store AI conversation history.

We only share information with service providers necessary to operate Quento (hosting, payment processing). If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics which may collect anonymized usage data. All providers are contractually bound to protect your data. We do not sell data to advertisers or third parties.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and at rest. We conduct regular security audits and maintain backups. We follow GDPR and RODO compliance standards.
